Due to bird deterrents’ effectiveness being subject to many factors, please carefully consider if the product/s you are interested in are suitable for your specific bird issue. To return a defective product, please notify the office at sales@nomorebirds.co.nz and send the item back to our office at 156D Bush Road, Rosedale, Auckland, 0632 to be inspected. If it is established that the product is defective it will be replaced under warranty and delivered at no charge. *Please note any delivery costs related to returning the product for replacement, is for the customer’s account.
